DESIGN
Scallon Controls provides electrical control system design & CAD services on a daily basis for a variety of system types & industries.
BUILD
Scallon Controls is the largest volume panels shop in Southeast Texas with hundreds of control panels built per year. We are your local source to build out RIEs, Analyzer Shelters, PLCs and MCCs.
SOFTWARE
Our engineers develop software for the majority of our projects, including PLC, HMI, SCADA, robot systems, vision, and motion control code.
DOCUMENTATION
The majority of our projects are supplied with documentation requirements ranging from schematics up to detailed functional specifications.  We can provide Loop Sheets, P&ID drawings or markups to match project design, networking documentation and logical operation diagrams.
COMMISSIONING
Virtually every project has a commissioning phase. At any one time, up to 30% of our engineers are on-site performing start-up and commissioning services for our clients.
SERVICE
Our engineers and lifecycle services staff are often called to provide service upgrades and changes to existing systems.
